Slicing and Packaging Lines
Slicing, bagging and closing can be bought as separate machines; built as one line, the synchronisation system hands the product one by one to the next machine and the line runs with a single operator. HOBA offers five ready combinations.
The manual solution is a bag blower with a bench closing machine: 25 bags a minute. The semi-automatic line is a slicer, a bag blower and a closing conveyor: 30 bags. In the fully automatic line the bagging moves to the machine too: 60 bags. The bun line joins a disc or band slicer with a pillow packer: 100-125 a minute per row. The flatbread line joins the HWP with Kwik Lok closing: 25 bags.

Slicer, HBS bagloader and HTA conveyor
A band or frame slicer connects in sync to the HBS bagloader, which connects to the HTA closing conveyor. The product is bagged and closed without being touched; 60 bags a minute.
