Bagging Machines
Bagging is the step where the most time is lost when it is done by hand. The HOBA machines open a pre-made wicket bag and place the product inside; they connect to the slicer outfeed and the closing conveyor infeed.
The HBB opens the bag with air and the operator loads it: 25 bags a minute, 0.1 kW. The HBS loads sliced and unsliced bread on its own: 30 bags at low speed, 60 at high speed. The HWP pushes flat products such as pita, tortilla and naan from the stack into the bag: 25 bags a minute. Plastic wicket bags as standard, paper bags on request.

Three bodies
The level of automation and the product shape pick the body: the HBB with an operator, the HBS fully automatic, the HWP for flatbread.

Opens the pre-made wicket bag with air; the operator places the product. Stainless steel as standard; can be built into the slicer outfeed table. 25 bags a minute.

Fully automatic bagloader

Flatbread wrap packer
